After nearly 30 years of feeling like a stranger in my own body, I decided to start living life on my own terms. Integrating a late autism diagnosis into my story and identity helped me heal soul deep, and now, that's what I offer to you. Working together with my husband Tim, my nervous system rituals and experiences are designed to help you release trapped emotions and limiting beliefs, rewrite internal patterns, and rise into your body, your sovereignty, and your truth. I call it, inner magic and energy alchemy.
