Working at the intersection of psychology, the body, and creative expression, she creates Somatic Magic, nervous system experiences that reshape how you think, move, and feel — blending creativity, strength, and story into practical tools for inner transformation. Known publicly as Mystic in the Matrix, her work bridges science and soul through expressive practices that awaken the body’s intelligence.

Rilee spent her early adulthood excelling in environments that rewarded performance and masking. Undiagnosed autistic at the time, she pushed herself through corporate consulting and competitive athletics, mistaking discipline for identity. The pressure eventually fractured her inner world, leading to a spiritual crisis that forced her to confront trauma, shadow, and selfhood at their roots. But what looked like collapse became rebirth. The creative instincts she abandoned as a child — poetry, music, movement — returned as her primary way of healing. They later became her signature method for helping others reconnect to their inner authority, awaken their nervous system, and embody their truth.

Today she leads House of Astraea, a creative studio built around joy, somatic release, and expressive practice. Her offerings center on accessible, embodied change through rituals and practices that speak directly to the subconscious and the body. This includes her Somatic Spells, electronic, affirmational,  lyrical tracks designed to work with rhythm, breath, and neural patterning. Written, recorded, and edited by Rilee, she calls them her "hyperfixation and method of unmasking" as well as her short books, guides, and in-person experiences.

Through her method of decoding and rewriting life from the source,  Rilee helps people reconnect with their inner rhythm, rewrite patterns living in the nervous system, and reclaim a way of being that feels like truth.
