Rilee spent her early adulthood excelling in environments that rewarded performance and masking. Undiagnosed autistic at the time, she pushed herself through corporate consulting and competitive athletics, mistaking discipline for identity. The pressure eventually fractured her inner world, leading to a spiritual crisis that forced her to confront trauma and her shadow self.
But what looked like collapse at the time, became her rebirth. The creative instincts she abandoned as a child — poetry, music, art, and movement — returned as her primary way of healing. They later became her signature method for helping others reconnect to their inner authority, awaken their nervous system, and embody their truth.
Today she leads House of Astraea LLC, her mind-body wellness brand and studio built around joy, somatic release, and expressive practice. Her offerings center on accessible, embodied change through tactile rituals and sensory experiences. Rilee also pursues a variety of creative ventures including her Mystic in the Matrix upcycled fashion line, and her Somatic Spells nervous system music.
Whether working on her own independent projects or collaborating with other conscious brands, Rilee helps people reconnect with their inner rhythm, rewrite patterns living in the nervous system, and reclaim a way of being that feels like magic.
