You’ve built the body, the career, the reputation. You’ve mastered discipline, drive, and performance. But what looks “put together” rarely tells the full story. The Art of Anastasis is for those who’ve mastered the outside—so they can learn to look within and reclaim the magic of who they truly are.


Anastasis, meaning “to rise again”, is my six-step process for personal transformation. It’s built on three pillars: shadow (the inner work to face what’s been hidden), story (reclaiming your narrative and redefining your identity), and somatic expression (embodying change through the wisdom of the body). Together, they create a framework that bridges deep self-inquiry with tangible, sustainable change.


Here’s how it works:


Part 1: Cracking the Code

This is the moment when the system you’ve been running on starts to glitch. Burnout, injury, identity confusion—it’s a rupture you can’t outwork. Instead of forcing a quick fix, we slow the pace and start decoding what’s actually going on. You’ll learn to read the signals in your body, track the patterns in your thoughts, and spot the places you’ve been playing a role instead of living your truth.


Part 2: Naming the Game

Once you see the pattern, you call it out. The beliefs, stories, and silent contracts you’ve been operating under get pulled into the light. Naming them doesn’t just help you understand—it gives you leverage. Here, we use shadow work, story reframing, and creative ritual to take your voice back.


Part 3: Feel It to Free It

When the truth is named, it demands to be felt. This is where we drop the bypass and work directly with your nervous system. We use movement, breath, and body-based rituals to process the weight you’ve been carrying so you can finally stop bracing for impact.


Part 4: Rewriting the Story

With your bandwidth back, you get to make new calls. What do you believe now? What’s actually worth your energy? We work through journaling, ritual, and narrative prompts to redefine success, strength, and selfhood (on your terms this time).


Part 5: Setting Your Pace

Now we put it into motion. This is where you start making aligned decisions, setting boundaries without guilt, and moving through your days in a way that supports your energy instead of draining it. We build simple, sustainable rituals to keep your momentum without slipping back into old patterns.


Part 6: Owning the Room

Your transformation starts showing up everywhere—your work, your relationships, your presence. Whether you choose to share it publicly or let it live quietly in your choices, the impact spreads. We explore ways to let your shift influence the spaces you lead and the people you connect with, without going back to performance mode.
