I write genre-blurring, poetic nonfiction rooted in psychology, identity, and personal transformation. Pulling from Jungian theory, spiritual questioning, and real lived experience, my work is designed to help people see themselves more clearly and rebuild the sense of self.
As someone on the spectrum, I tend to struggle with attention, so all of my books are designed to be read in one sitting—most under two hours. Whether you’re neurodivergent, healing from burnout, or just craving clarity, I take big, psychospiritual concepts and lighten them up them with cheeky humor, grounded metaphors, and narrative reflection.
